We specialize in cleaning and coating all types of storage silos, strictly following USDA, FDA, NSF, and other applicable specifications.
Our proven process delivers long-lasting protection for your silo investment. Surfaces are abrasive blasted to SSPC-SP 5 / NACE No. 1 (White Metal Blast Cleaning) or other specified standard, or high-pressure washed to remove all contaminants. Rust-resistant primers, either epoxy or alkyd based, are then applied in accordance with ISO 12944 and NACE, AMPP, and SSPC standards. Finish coats of polyurethane provide exceptional durability, color fastness, and gloss retention that stands up to the elements year after year. Dry film thickness is verified per SSPC-PA 2, and all work is fully documented and available for third party inspection.
